Shipping policy

Shipping Locations We ship nationwide across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Methods We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (4-6 business days). Please note that some remote and rural areas may be excluded as exceptions.
• Priority Processing: $19 (1-2 business days)

Processing & Cutoff Times Orders are processed and shipped same day or next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 1:00 PM ET. All timelines are calculated in business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's delivery status.

Refund Policy for Delayed Priority Orders If your priority processing order (1-2 business days) experiences a delay, only the priority shipping fee ($19) will be refunded. The order itself cannot be refunded due to delays.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our automated system processes all orders immediately upon receipt to ensure prompt processing and delivery.
