At BrakeUp, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. That's why we honor and fully support the manufacturer's warranty that comes with each item purchased from us. When you buy from us, your purchase is protected by the original manufacturer's coverage.
Manufacturer Coverage Details
Most products in our inventory are backed by a limited lifetime replacement warranty from their respective manufacturers. However, some brands have different coverage periods:

The manufacturer's warranty terms determine what's covered, eligibility requirements, mileage or time limits, and all other conditions. We're proud to offer products we trust, and we fully support these manufacturer guarantees. Please note that all warranties are replacement warranties only.
What's Covered
Manufacturer warranties protect against factory defects that aren't caused by normal wear and tear. Coverage excludes damage from negligence, poor maintenance, accidents, racing, improper installation, or incorrect servicing. Additionally, cosmetic issues like zinc plating discoloration, rust, pitting, and surface damage are not covered.
Labor & Installation Costs
BrakeUp does not cover, reimburse, or accept responsibility for any labor, mechanic fees, or related costs associated with installing, removing, or replacing parts. This applies in all situations, including when parts are incorrect, don't fit, or are defective. Our warranty applies exclusively to the parts themselves—not to labor, installation, towing, diagnostics, rentals, or any other associated expenses.
Professional Installation Requirement
All parts must be installed by a licensed, certified professional mechanic. BrakeUp is not liable for damages, injuries, or failures resulting from improper, DIY, or unprofessional installation. Warranty claims may require proof of professional installation.
Beyond Manufacturer Coverage
We don't offer extended or additional warranty coverage beyond what manufacturers provide, as we believe their warranties deliver comprehensive protection for our customers. That said, we're always ready to help you navigate the warranty claim process or answer any questions about your coverage.
